End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Valentor Military (“Licensor,” “We,” or “Us”) for the Valentor Mil mobile application and related web services (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features:

  • Lieutenant ($4.99/month): Unlimited AI Chat, 10 saved analyses, full roadmap access, AI roadmap generation, email support.
  • Captain ($9.99/month): All Lieutenant features, unlimited tool saves, early access, advanced real estate analysis, priority support.
  • General ($49.99/month): All Captain features, bulk unit licensing, custom branding, dedicated account manager.

3. Payment Terms

  • All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple.

4. Free Trial

Any free trial period offered for a subscription begins at the time of activation. You will be charged the applicable subscription price before the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Share, sublicense, or transfer your account or subscription to another party.
  • Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security or access control measures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, algorithms, data models, and features within the App are the intellectual property of Valentor Military and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VALENTOR MILITARY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this EULA, engagement in fraudulent or illegal activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ceases.

10. Third-Party Beneficiaries

Apple Inc., Apple Canada Inc., and their affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
